This way, they are not completely removed from your system but do not show on your active employee list. In some industries like healthcare, you need to maintain employee training records for up to 10 years, so having an archive of all past employee training is extremely important, especially during a compliance audit. Training Tracker makes employee training records easy to manage! You are not charged a user fee for archived admins and employees.

Yes, our servers are encrypted with bank-level encryption, and our web application is password protected for each individual user.

Existing employees are matched by Employee ID/Number. Only the fields listed above will sync and update. Training history and assignments remain intact.

When an employee is marked as terminated in your HRIS, their termination date is recorded in Training Tracker. Their training history is preserved.

Yes! You can manually add employees who aren’t in your HRIS, such as contractors. Just use a different Employee ID/Number to avoid conflicts.

An initial sync runs when the integration is first connected. After that, syncs run daily to keep data current.

You’ll need provider-specific API credentials. These vary by provider — for example, ADP Workforce Now requires a Client ID, while Paycom requires a SID and Username.

Yes. You can archive an integration to stop syncing, or permanently delete an archived integration. Existing employee data in Training Tracker remains intact in both cases.

Standard fields are supported automatically. For custom fields, contact our support team to discuss options.

Yes, you can connect multiple providers. Each provider can only have one active integration per account.
